New York: Hudson Street
Inspiration: If my tights looked like hers, I would toss them. Which is why I like this photo. I am intrigued by how torn tights aren't necessarily sloppy these days (at least in certain parts of town). In fact, those holes were likely deliberately and artfully created so as to expose just a little skin.
... so much experimentation in the foot detail! What fun! :)

I also like the hard little denim jacket worn over the soft fabric of the dress. Very clever styling going on here. Much attention to detail. Well spotted.
