Inspiration: I was wandering around Lincoln Center during one quiet Fashion Week afternoon when I ran into this dashing fellow. I am not into country/cowboy fashions, but his urban take on layers of leather isn't too shabby! Black and white portrait here.

Inspiration: The faces of these women, which I think are so striking, got my attention first. And then I noticed the menswear theme punctuated with unique chunky white jewelry. Their black and white portrait shots can be found right here.

Inspiration: I really like Nylon TV Host, Becka Diamond's, vintage leopard and leather coat. And notwithstanding how ubiquitous it has become, her Pamela Love claw bracelet. For a totally different photograph of her, check out The Photodiarist.

Inspiration: If my tights looked like hers, I would toss them. Which is why I like this photo. I am intrigued by how torn tights aren't necessarily sloppy these days (at least in certain parts of town). In fact, those holes were likely deliberately and artfully created so as to expose just a little skin.

New York: This is the second time I've photographed Natalie Hughes, creator of the blog, Canned Fashion. The last time was in September. This time around, I love the mix of camel and gray (two of my favorite clothing colors after black, white and navy). And the way the Hermes bracelet "toughs up" a very lady-like 60s-esque coat. Inspiration: It is my humble opinion (and almost every guy I know disagrees with me) that every woman ought to have a tube of red lipstick. It dresses up any look.
