New York: Manhattan Bridge from the FDR Highway
Inspiration: At least a few times a week, I find myself in a cab on the FDR taking photographs of bridges. I took this one with my i-phone and applied a blue filter. I am no iphoneographer as I usually have some other camera with me, but I am becoming a convert.
Can I just say WOW?
The sky seems painted with watercolors, it's so beautiful...
Ahhh you're photos make me want to go to NY so badly

Not bad, but I still remain to be convinced.

Taylor -- the blue filter is from Lightroom. I am not really keen on filters and the like. I love black and white or raw color. But I thought I would play around a bit.
Nyanzi Report: Damn. You are one tough customer. Okay. I will work on my iphoneography. One day I might convince you. I might even convince myself:-)

HELLO~ I am new to your blog and I must say I like it a lot! The blue filter effect did a great job. You say you take a cab and take photos from the car? How do you avoid blurry photos?

Hi Mira! Thanks for your comment. To be honest, I do get a few blurry ones. The best ones result when I have my Canon 5d and a fast lens. But with the iphone, it's tougher to get a clean photo. I probably got this one when the cab slowed down a bit.
