Rockland County, New York: The Village of Nyack
Inspiration: After a stressful day of car shopping (click here for more on that story), He took me to dinner in Nyack, a sweet little hamlet on the Hudson River not too far from Manhattan (which is across the river). After dinner, we walked to the river's edge to check out the bobbing boats and to watch the sun go down. Thanks to him, I enjoyed a lovely end to a rather disheartening day.
I love this one!! :D

So beautiful, sunsets to me are as if the sky is smiling at us! I have some photos like this in my "zeeland stock". I'll post it soon too.
And it's nice that you have him for moral support in your car hunting search.

Wow wow, gorgeous color, gorgeous sky, I love the carefree summer vibe it gives me. There's just something about sail boats. So classic.

Memories. I grew up in Suffern and used to follow RT 59 down into Nyack for dinner and Art fairs. Your photo made my childhood heart ache a little...

Ken - you grew up in Suffern?? Wow! I was just there last weekend. My guy grew up in Rockland County and used to hang out at this pier when he was a kid.
