Inspiration:  There's a costume shop in the city blandly named "New York Costumes". Despite it's unimaginative name, the windows of New York Costumes are always intriguing. 

Sweet Little Nyack

Rockland County, New York: The Village of Nyack

Inspiration: After a stressful day of car shopping (click here for more on that story), He took me to dinner in Nyack, a sweet little hamlet on the Hudson River not too far from Manhattan (which is across the river). After dinner, we walked to the river's edge to check out the bobbing boats and to watch the sun go down. Thanks to him, I enjoyed a lovely end to a rather disheartening day. 

Reflections: An Optical Illusion

New York: Central Park 

Inspiration: I enjoy photographing reflections - mostly because you never know what you will get. Sometimes, you capture a perfect mirror image. At other times, and I daresay this is one of those, you have no idea where you are in the photograph.
