It is always very impressive how you manage to match the subject with the background (IMVHO what lets many street photographers down is colours clash). How difficult is this? Do you choose background then model? Or the reverse? Do you need to move people around?

Thanks David. In most cases I am lucky but sometimes I try to avoid weird backgrounds, such as light poles that may look like they are growing out of people's heads and such. Fashion Week was really one of the few times where I stopped people for photographs. Most of the time, I take candid shots.
