Yes and they can rehearse in parks. I had a friend in Paris who was a saxophonist and she had to buy a very expensive sound proofed glass cubicle to rehearse.

This is surley something that we miss over here in Stockholm. People that makes the city come alive.

i'm very fond of this photo. it could easily be a scene of my dad with his brown backpack, toboggan cap and his old acoustic guitar.
