Inspiration: I know that you are all "fashioned out" so to speak, but I don't consider this a 100% fashion photo but rather a portrait of business woman whom I admire tremendously - Natalie Massenet, founder and CEO of Net-A-Porter. For a color photo, check out The Photodiarist in Color. Geez - she looks so trim and chic . . . which reminds me, I need to go to the gym now. This morning will be my first time on a treadmill in months. Months and months and months, actually. And now I feel gross! I blame overwork, an overwhelming desire to sleep in every morning, slippage down the road of unhealthy eating, laziness and so on but whatever the case, I've experienced some jiggling here and there that has me freaked out and now totally inspired to unjiggle myself ASAP.

San: The treadmill was awesome. Finally got some new running shoes too. So am totally inspired to go back tomorrow. Will read the article on sleep. I know that lack of it also contributes to gaining weight . . .
