I love that you chose to photograph this vertically, which seems unconventional for a 2-person shot, because of the perfect white space above. Makes the image very minimalist, and that much more striking.

You totally got what I was going for, Jules. I am working on my "minimalism" in photography. I like the expanse of water in front of the couple.

i also agree with the minimalism comment... definitely achieved in this photo... it's that whiteness in the background that caught my eye...
