New York: Washington Square Park
Inspiration: Even when you are all grown up and your Dad is no longer able to physically lift you up without breaking a rib or popping an arm out its socket, or he lives too far away from you to literally hold your hand through every stressful moment, there's still no safer feeling than knowing that he is there, around, ready to be close by if you need him.
I love this picture. How she gently holds her father's hands. Like she is all ready to go on her journey but still wants the comforting touch of her dad. Such a great shot. :)

Superbe. En tant que père d'un petit garçon, je trouve que ta photo restitue parfaitement ce moment unique d'intimité et de confiance totale.

hi love, to elaborate on your comments about the TRUTH post. i feel the same way as you do... i think when i was younger the truth would just sting really badly, just like a papercut to the finger and in turn you become scared of the truth.... however.. having actually been caught in situations where people thought the truth would be too hard to handle, discovering that what you thought was true - isn't, is a much bigger sting than a hundred paper cuts. at least the truth can free you, teach you something, make you understand better..
love this post btw, made me think about how when i was growing up my dad had his favorite reading chair and every night we would sit in the reading chair for story time. These are some of the most important moments in our lives...
hugs

Knowing you have someone to hold on to even though they are not physically present is a blessing. Nowadays people are getting lonelier it is a good thing to see something that life should be shared with someone else.
