Inspiration: It was about 50 degrees Fahrenheit today. And still tons of snow on the ground. While tromping through what will surely be slush in a few days, I saw this coat. A coat with a flamenco dancer on the back. Wow. I would never own a coat like this because it is the furtherest thing from monochromatic (which how I like my coats). But I love that someone does.

The colours are so striking against the mikly white snow. Happy new year!!

It looks quite fantastic seen from afar. I have seen quite a few very colourful Christian Lacroix coats over the past few years. There is a small brand selling loads of very colourful coats in Paris, I have seen them a lot in 2010, & they are even reaching London now. I wonder what brand that is. I should send you a pic of my Missoni coat, too!
