Inspiration: I love the juxtaposition of hard and soft, tough and flowing, dark and light in her outfit. The boot is grommeted and buckled and works well to toughen up the breezy flow of the long pleated skirt.

I love it too! When the long skirt started re-appearing, I had the firm conviction that I would not be wearing any long skirts ever again. This skirt/outfit might change my mind.
