Nice one. A truly colourful outfit, in an otherwise very black & greige city. Do you know whether it *means* anything? Or is it just that he likes to dress like that?

You have got to admire his resolve and confidence to walk around a crowded city like yours and have all eyes on you.
I wonder what he does for a living?
