Vienna, Austria: Shonbrunn Palace
Inspiration: While in Vienna, I visited the city's most popular tourist attraction - the Schonbrunn Palace. The ticket line for the tours of the palace rooms was insanely long, so I chose to forgo looking at antique furniture and the Empress's sitting rooms and spent a good part of the day roaming around the immense and incredible gardens surrounding the palace. A myriad of pathways led to fountains, sculptures, gazebos, ponds and woods. I even found places on the grounds where I was quite alone - kind of a miracle considering the number of people at the palace. The thing I loved most about the day, as evidenced by this photo, was the light. It was just gorgeous (especially having just come from a low-hanging, dingy London winter sky -- sorry London-folk -- but you know its true)!

Still in love with your picts!
Beautiful shot! The light is perfect ;)
