Vienna, Austria: The Gardens of Schonbrunn Palace
Inspiration: Even in the middle of winter, the gardens surrounding Schonbrunn Palace were stunning. They must be ridiculously stunning in the summertime! After all, this Palace was the summer home of the Hapsburg dynasty. In any event, what captured my attention the most on this day was the gorgeous afternoon light.
Hello ! I spent in Vienna couple of days last August. The Gardens of Schonbrunn Palace were in full bloom. OMG that was breathtaking. The mix of local coffee, beer, fine vine from local vineyards ( you should go and try !), Snitzels, goodies from Sacher, world famous masterpieces, imperal history standing right in the front, beautiful music from Musikverein and last but not least Viennese people with heart on their hands made me keep Vienna a special place in my heart & mind. Enjoy !

The scale! I love how my eye is drawn to beyond the arch and the pale light. Beautiful image.
