New York: 14th Street and 9nth Avenue
Inspiration: There's something very "old-school gentleman" about his look -- something that I might see in the South but rarely here in New York. Maybe I am getting this feeling from the combination of the pipe and hat -- and the jacket in the middle of a hot summer day.

Totally get a down South feeling from this photo. The big city backdrop makes this photo all the more cool.

It is quite funny how being dressed up (as in; wearing a suit & tie) has become synonymous with dressing up (like for halloween)! It has become a style which is almost a caricature. I rather like the outfit, though.

Yeah I agree with you there is something from Antebellum style from the 30s. I love what you do.... there is my own blog. Maybe i'm gonna start streetstyle and do some pictures from the outside like u do....
