Inspiration: It's rather early to be gearing up for September's fashion weeks, but I cannot help myself. I just cannot wait! This is a photo from September 2010 New York Fashion Week. She's an Italian photographer/writer, but alas . . . I cannot remember her name now. Does anyone recognize her?

i do not recognise her but what a smile and those glasses really do accentuate her beauty.

I've followed your blog for over a year now, but I never really get why you always photograph in B&W. It's a lovely idea though! :)

Margarette: I photograph in color too. I have a color blog as well: The Photodiarist in Color. But I prefer B&W because once color is eliminated, you can get to the core of the photograph. Not sure how else to explain it.
