Inspiration: I am convinced that happiness isn't necessarily something one searches for and locates. The "search" for happiness suggests that it may or may not exist. Like the pot of treasure at the end of the rainbow. Or that happiness is something one must accomplish or acquire. But in reality (my reality anyway), the only "skill" one needs in order to experience happiness is the ability to recognize and acknowledge the moments, the people, the places, the smells, the feelings and activities that bring pleasure, joy and which ultimately contribute to happiness. For me, happiness is (among many things) relaxing on a sunny Sunday afternoon with people I love being around. What does happiness mean to you?

Happiness to me is learning to look for the positive things in my life. No matter what I'm going through, there's ALWAYS something good to find (health, loved ones, etc.) Learning to train my mind to focus on the good things, helps me find happiness even through struggles.

First off, great picture of a beautiful moment. I just hope you didn't ruin it with the clicking sound of your camera...ha ha ha! I'm guessing you were using the 70-300 telephoto?
Back to the topic at hand: I agree with you when you say that happiness includes hanging out with the people you love being around.
Whereby you can be silly all you want and not be judged, being a kid again and getting that feeling of Christmas morning, you know?
