New York: Union Square (1st); Gramercy Park (2nd and 4th); and Third Avenue (3rd)
Inspiration: Even though snow can be hard to deal with in my daily life (walking around through piles of snow and deep slushy puddles is a pain), trees under the cover of the white stuff make for some lovely images. So, I've finally ordered some real winter boots (using rain boots or old leather boots doesn't really work with this much snow). They are supposed to come on Monday or Tuesday. I can't wait! I wish I'd ordered them in December!

Seeing these makes me feel like a kid again.Just beautiful.

I tell you what, I can't wait to see the images coming out of New York fashion week. I mean what are the ladies going to wear in all that snow? Heels? Now that'll be a sight!

Wow, you have a ton of snow! it's so pretty and photogenic, but after a while, it gets tiring to go around in a ton of snow (I know I spent 2 winters in Zurich Switzerland, and 3 in NY)...

PD, these images are stunning! So beautiful!
About the boots, yeah, you probably should have ordered them earlier, but look on the bright side - next winter, you'll be way ahead, of everyone else!!!
Sending you my sympathy for the hardships of winter.

Goodness, that snow looks heavy, but what a beautiful landscape. Looks like a labyrinth.
