Wow !
Awesome portrait...
There is a strong intensity in her gaze.
Of course I love her hair cut, she suits her so well...
She looks like a punk.
The more I look your portrait and the more me feels me inspired...

Totally with you on the idea that works for some might not be best for me...I've been lured into the pixie cut before. Remember when Linda Evangelista did it? Thank goodness my hair grows fast.
Lovely portrait.

Love a short cut on a girl. I love the slight masculinity of it and the focus it necessarily places on the woman's eyes and her neck.

I love her haircut and yes I am biased because I'm fascinated by asians.
But it isn't a pixie cut, pixies are shorter. At least in my book. ;-)
Alan Li from Unconventional Morning once said: it's just hair it grows back (in his case in 2 weeks). I guess he's right and you can't say this for tattoos. So I say go for it. Once there was a girl at my hairdresser, who went from really long hair to a pixie (a lot shorter than the above version) and it looked totally awesome on her.

@san: I guess you are right. This is not technically a pixie but I call all short cuts a pixie -- improperly so. Thanks for the correction.

Great portrait; I am still convinced that this *type* of cut (Pixie or not) never really works on anyone. It is too gimmicky. The haircut becomes almost as important than the face instead of supporting the face's features, as it should!

i'd rather have a tattoo thank a short haircut. i went to the hairderesser's here, asked for a trim and she cut 4 inches... i'm devastated...

my hair is so much shorter than this, and I wish I'd grow it out to look like this. What a great cut, a beautiful face, a wonderful photo!
