New York: Central Park
Inspiration: If you've followed this blog for a season or two, then you know that I am a bit obsessed with photographing the Woodland Fairy. She alights in Central Park each season wearing a different fairy dress and wings each time. Upon those who drop a few coins in her basket, she sprinkles fairy dust - green or blue for spring and summer, rust for fall and silver dust in the winter. How I treasure these New York characters!

She validates my belief in fairies, actually, though the ones I imagine are a lot smaller. I find the Woodland Fairy enchanting.
