New York: Central Park (1st photo above); Washington Square Park (2nd photo below)
Inspiration: As I mentioned in my last post, it seems (at least to me) that accordion players are rarely found on the streets of New York. During my countless walks, I've come across only two. I learned, via comments made to said post, that unlike New York, accordionists are commonly found playing the streets of Paris. I think saxophone players are to New York what accordion players must be to Paris. I find them everywhere. Indeed, the gentleman in the top photo can almost always be found in the same tunnel in Central Park.

I have seen neither roam the streets here in Malaysia. Maybe guitarists.

I am not sure you can really find that many accordion players in Paris anymore, tbh. I have not seen any in AGES. They tend to hide in the subway - or I am told, to play on the Place du Tertre (or similarly touristy places). Saxophone players are, sadly, not a rarity in London. There is one on Oxford street who plays so badly that I don't believe he has not been sent to jail, yet... His music is criminal. Here is to hoping that the saxophones in NYC sound good!

Great shots^^
In Paris,I see more guitarists than saxophonists.
But on the boats on the Seine, there are many saxophonists in restaurants, for "diner aux chandelles"

I never see any saxophonists, accordion player... on the street in Hong Kong. Maybe it is because they do not performat the place I go. ..

Ha! The Saxophone player davidikus is talking about on oxford street is so terrible that he should be banned or given free music lessons. b
By the look these pictures, it seems these guys know what they're doing.
Are the ones in NY any good?

@Nyanzi Report: I am sure that some of them are bad, but the one's I've heard know what they are doing. Some more than others but never anything as bad as you and Davidikus are describing.

That first photo is just amazing; you are so talented.
I gave you a blog award, you can see it at my blog if you want to pass it on, although I'm not sure that's the kind of thing you post.
