@San: The foggy part is just light. Since my lens wasn't focused on that part of the picture, it came out foggy. But it's just lots of light.

BTW, I didn't get a chance to tell you how much I enjoyed your photo of the couple in the window. Such a sweet moment and I loved how they kept on keeping on even as they noticed you. ahhh love ;)

I love the foggy/lit portion of the photo in the bottom. It makes it feel like we're looking through something to his private life of art.
