I think this might need a little crop. The top part is not doing too much for the photo.

What a beautiful snapshot. You always seem to make ordinary people interesting. This looks like he could tell lots of good stories, he has an experienced face.

I see quite a lot of despair in his attitude; it's rather moving, really. But, perhaps, I am projecting?
