"I suppose that when one need a smoke break, it doesn't matter what the weather is like outside." - it's very good words. I think so, too.
What about this photo - it shows the moment from our life, when we don't watch anything around. It will be smoke break, or coffee break is possible too, or something else.

As an avid pipe smoker allow me to say that he didn't need! the smoke, maybe the break though.
And I'm jealous of him since he has one of those rare moments...
