Acne Atacoma shoes ;-)

Ahhh she is awesome! Don't know why but she really does remind me a rebel girl back from the 80's. She's got that Cindy Lauper's attitude I guess.. Great picture, really inspiring, once again;)

You have a gift for capture. She really is the best things I like about fashion: personal style well executed.

I agree with the Cindy Lauper comment! :)

I have spotted you on Maison Chaplin. I hope you like it.
Best,

Thanks Albert a/k/a Maison Chaplin! I do like and appreciate it very much! I am glad you like those pictures.

I wouldn't really call her a fashionista. The shoes aren't the real Atacoma wedges, and I don't think it's a completed look. But hey, it's a good picture anyway.

I would call her a fashionista - because for me a fashionista is someone who is sometimes (often?) trying too hard to impress and follow fashion. It makes a great picture!

Oh, I love the outfit!

Maja: Thanks for your comment and compliment about the photo. What do you think would make this outfit a completed look?

the black and white nature really brings out the textures and patterns she's wearing, on another note the shoes aren't Acne but rather Jefferey Campbell knockoffs.

Thanks Summer . . . frankly, I cannot tell the difference. So I appreciate the info.

I think her look is too much of an '80 hooker look. The tights with the lace thing matched with an oversized white shirt and the tiger cardigan is just too much. If she had went all black, or just chosen one or two focus points it would have been more 'fashionista' for me.

Well -- I wouldn't go as far as to refer to it as an 80's hooker look - but I understand what you mean about simplicity/minimalism and the elegance that results from "less". I tend to dress in a monochrome/minimalistic fashion, so I am frequently drawn to photograph the opposite look. I appreciate the confidence and creativity that it takes to mix and match several "focal points", as you put it. I like what she has come up with for herself. I wouldn't wear it, but I like when people dress to please themselves as opposed to others. But I do understand where you are coming from.

this girl rules! I love it! She is so fun.
You are so talented. Such a great eye! You need to come out with a book!
