New York: Union Square
Inspiration: Sleep. It's all I can think about these days. I am so deprived of it. I did sleep in this morning because we gained that extra hour. But sleeping in on one Sunday morning is not going to pay my body back for all of the sleep that it's lost over the course of the year(s). But this situation is my fault. I pack my life with so much activity (on top of my job) that it's no wonder I feel as if I could collapse and sleep almost anywhere. Even so, I don't think that I would sleep in the middle of Union Square, no matter how exhausted I found myself.

You always blow me away with your amazing/ intense perspectives and pictures!! I envy them!

Lie Putri Murti: Thank you! To answer your question, I use a Canon 5d Mk II or a Canon 1ds Mk II most of the time. On this one, I most likely used the 5d as that's been my favorite lately.

Darling, i suspect that your lack of sleep today might be because of the shenanigans you most likely were up to last night.. or maybe i'm just feeling guilty of MINE. Agreed with you, could not lay down like that and doze off.... I actually have a very hard time sleeping. It's the most draining thing in the world. That's why i had to cut out weekday outings and can only do early diners and no alcohol... I've always envied people that can fall asleep anywhere... They have it so good, and they don't even know it!

This is an awesome shot. At first it made me imagine soldiers in a war zone, very interesting.

I think this is a great photo, and I love to fall asleep in a park, I especially remember one sunny day in the botanical garden in Melbourne after a big night out, getting out from the overcrowded hostel where I was staying and laying down on the grass with some friends, we watched the clouds sail by, philosophised about life in general and, well, fell asleep, great times :)

If it weren't for the upright people dispersed in the blur, this would appear quite grim. Good shot.
